I haven’t bought an Instant Pot yet because I was hoping for one to come out for high altitudes. Living at 5280, I’ve been unsure which one would be best for me. I used to use a stovetop pressure cooker when I lived at sea level many years ago. I can’t wait for this IP Ultra 60 comes out. I will order immediately!
