Add in 2 cups of water to the pressure cooking pot. After adding the steamer basket, place the corn inside the basket. Lock the lid in place, select High Pressure. Set the timer to 2-3 minutes. Once the instant pot beeps, turn the pressure off and release the pressure. Once the valve open remove the lid and Wala! there is your easy corn on the cob. Smudge on butter and spices to give it a little tasteful edge.
Honey Garlic Chick and Carrots – The Main Course
Ideally served best with rice, Honey garlic chicken and carrots is just amazing. Your taste buds will enjoy the burst of garlic and the taste of honey with spices a lot. The ingredients are simple and the procedure is quick.
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 tbps cornstarch
- garlic powder
- salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for extra spice)
- 5 garlic cloves (fine chopped)
After spraying the inside of your instant pot with olive oil, put the pot on saute mode for a few minutes to allow it to heat. Marinate chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Put the chicken in instant pot and allow it to cook on both sides (which would take a few minutes max ). As the chicken preps, whisk together honey, soy sauce, water, ketchup, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes.
As the chicken cooks, add in carrots on top of it and then introduce the sauce on it as well. Set the instant pot to high pressure for a 5 minutes time. After the timer beeps, take out the chicken and carrots and serve in foil, while mixing in cornstarch and water mixture to the sauce in the pot. This will cause the sauce to thicken, which should be spooned over the carrots and chicken.

- 1 Boxed Cake Mix
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (for extra chocolate love)
Prepare the mixture and add in chocolate chips. After dividing the batter in 2 bowls, pour the mixture in a 7 inch pan. Loosely cover the pan with foil and place trivet with one cup of water in the instant pot. Lower cake into pot using a foil sling and put the lid on.
